When will I receive the product that I order?

For your orders that by credit card, the bank’s confirmation can be received instantaneously and your order can be processed immediately. For your orders placed by money order, the payment that you deposit is tracked by checking our accounts in the beginning of every workday and the orders for which the related payments are received are switched to the preparation stage. If there is any problem experienced in the stage of supply of the products in your order, all information related with the product is sent by our customer services to your e-mail address registered in our system. The products that you buy are delivered to the courier company as soon as possible for final delivery to you. After receiving the parcels, the courier companies carry and deliver the parcels according to the region that you reside in and deliver them to your address in the regions where delivery to the address is performed or to the related courier branch office in the regions where delivery to the address cannot be performed.

With which courier company will my order be sent?

Your orders are sent by PTT Kargo for domestic shipments and again by PTT for international shipments.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When your orders are delivered to our site, shipment information is automatically sent to your e-mail address. In addition, when you log in to our site, you can view your orders in the “My Account” section and instantly monitor the status of your order.

Will I pay any fees when I receive my order?

There is no extra charge for domestic orders at the time of delivery. Please contact us if the courier asks for a fee.

What should I do if my order arrived incorrect or incorrect?

When your order is delivered to you by the courier, you must check the outer package for damage and prepare a Damage Detection Report durumunda in case of any damage. Another issue to be aware of in relation to the damage assessment report is the explanations stated by the cargo officers. For example, “There is no damage to the carton. In case of any damage that you notice after receiving your order, you must inform your cargo branch immediately and request assistance in preparation of a damage assessment report. If you cannot get the necessary assistance from the cargo branch, you should contact our customer service. As a result of sending the product to us by having the cargo officer prepare the report, your exchanges will be completed quickly and you will be informed.

IMPORTANT: You have to send your product which has reached to your hand with a defective / damaged product in accordance with the return procedures with the cargo company that made the delivery to you.

My bill was not delivered with my order. What should I do?

All orders delivered by cargo are delivered to the cargo company according to the invoice and invoice. Our official invoices are an integral part of your order. Your invoice will be delivered to you in a clear plastic pocket bag outside the carton where your order is placed. If for any reason the invoice contained in this pocket by the cargo company is not delivered to you, please remind the cargo officer and insistently ask. For all invoices that cannot be delivered, please submit a report and inform us. We will be able to find the cargo company as soon as possible or we will send you a copy of the stamp with the original.

Incoming product is not the product I ordered? (Color or product code different)

In domestic shipments, you can send the damaged / faulty product to us by PTT Cargo in accordance with the return procedures. When the product arrives to us, the correct product will be sent to you as soon as possible. The right product in your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible without additional charge.

If the product is defective, what should I do?

What happens if no one is found at the time of delivery?

If the cargo officer cannot find anyone at the address, he / she leaves a “Cargo Notification Note” and brings the cargo back to the branch. In this case, the cargo must be received by the buyer from the branch within 3 (three) days. Products that are not received on time are returned to us as a return. Therefore, the cargo officer, the product charge from us to charge. In this case, the product will be sent back to you as a return payment.

Can I change the recipient name or address after ordering?

You can change the recipient name or address if your order has not yet been shipped. The cargo officer who will come to your address will perform the identity check and deliver to the name you have given.

What should be considered during the delivery of cargo?

When you reach the products you have placed on your order from our site, you can open and check the cargo package after you sign the delivery voucher with the cargo attendant. If there are any inaccuracies or deficiencies in the package content, you can prepare a cargo report and send it back to us or provide information. In such cases, if you have any problems with the cargo officer, please inform us immediately. We will take the necessary action as soon as possible and your problem will be resolved.

From which cities can I order?

You can order from anywhere in Turkey. We have no restrictions to any location in Turkey. The deliveries of the products can only be made in the regions where the cargo company we work for. Since there is no delivery in the regions where the contracted cargo company does not have a branch, our customers may need to go to the cargo branch where the package can be delivered and receive the package from hand.

Can I order from abroad?

You can order from anywhere in the world. All taxes and expenses are covered by the BUYER. Refund of products sold abroad is not accepted due to customs legislation.
