ORDER AND DELIVERY PROCEDURES

How can I order from Babyce.net?

You can order from Babyce.net as a member or you can order without a member. To become a member, simply click the “Sign Up ”button on the main page.

If you choose to shop without a member, just enter your email address in order to track your order.

If you will create an order after performing your membership transactions;

Add the product you like to your shopping cart by clicking “Add to Cart”.
After you select your products, click on the “Payment” button and you will see the delivery information screen. After you fill in the delivery and billing address information, click the “Continue” button and you will be shown the payment information screen.
After you have made your payment selection, you can proceed to the order confirmation screen by clicking “Continue”. Confirm your order by simply clicking the “Confirm Order” button at the top right of the screen.
In the new page that opens, you will see the order number given to you by the system. You can follow your order in the “My Account” field at the top of the main page.

What should I pay attention to when ordering?

We recommend that you take particular care to ensure that your orders from Babyce are delivered to the address in a timely and complete manner, as you would expect:

  • The products in Babyce are sewn completely for you. It is prepared in the combination and colors you specify.
  • Campaigns are offered under certain conditions such as lower limit, product group / category. You can benefit from the campaign after fulfilling the conditions of the campaign.
  • You can access the shipping and shipping information of the products from the product pages and the order confirmation page after adding the product to the basket.
  • Shipping costs will be displayed after you enter your delivery address on the order page.

Is the product I selected in stock?

The products you order are sewn for you. Therefore, fabric supply is made for you. Stock information is available in all products on our site. Otherwise, we will contact you.

Can I add products to the order I created?

If you have ordered, it is not possible to add products to your order.
If the status of your order is appropriate, you can cancel your existing order and create a new order or order the other product you want to buy separately.

Why is my order waiting in the payment control process?

When needed, the credit card security department reaches you from the fixed phone numbers on your personal information stored in the bank and receives the order confirmation. When the order confirmation appears in our system, your order is prepared and delivered to the cargo.

If your order has not been approved for more than 2 days, your bank has called you from the fixed phone numbers registered in their systems but could not reach you. In this case, we recommend that you call your bank and update your personal information and provide the credit card security unit with a fixed phone number that will be available to you as soon as possible.

After updating your personal information, your order will appear in our system and will be prepared for delivery.

How do I change the delivery address of my order?

You can change the recipient name or address if your order has not yet been shipped. The cargo officer who will come to your address will perform the identity check and deliver to the name you have given.

How do I change some products in my order?

Once you have placed your order, you cannot make changes to the same order number. If your order status is “Processing”, you can contact us at “ Contact ” to make the necessary changes.

I can't cancel my order / product, why?

If your order has been delivered to cargo for shipment to your address, cancellation cannot be made. If you have given up the product, please do not pick up the product from the cargo or if you have received it, please request the “ My Orders ” page with the “Return Application” option. In this case, the product price will be refunded to you within 3 (three) business days according to your preference after the product is returned undamaged and complete.

I canceled my order, will I get the shipping money back?

When you cancel your order before it is shipped, the shipping cost you paid will be refunded to you together with your order amount.
However, when you return your order after receiving it with cargo, the shipping charge you paid is not refundable.

I canceled my order / product, when and how will I get it back?

Your return of your order / product will also go through some reviews for return confirmation. When your request is accepted, your refund will be made automatically to the bank to which you used your account at the moment your refund is approved.

As soon as Babyce returns the transaction to your bank, a receipt showing the transaction details will be sent to your e-mail address defined in your account. If you have received this receipt, Babyce has already completed the return payment to your bank. If your bank reflects this amount to your card or bank account, it will vary according to your bank’s transaction process.

While the payment method of the order / EFT is refunded via IBAN, you must send your IBAN information from the “Contact” page with your return request and order number in order to complete the refund. Check the minimum period of your bank from the receipt of the receipt in the return process. If you still don’t see the refund amount in your account after this time, contact your bank with the information on the receipt.

I want to give up my order / product, how can I cancel?

If your order has been delivered to cargo for shipment to your address, cancellation cannot be made. How do I change the billing address on my order?

Invoice information cannot be changed after the order is created. If your order or product is in the status of “Processing”, you can cancel your order and update your billing information. However, if your order is in the status of “Completed” or ya “Delivered“, the order cannot be canceled. The invoice information you specify in the order form cannot be modified because the card is issued on behalf of the card holder and the order is forwarded to the Revenue Administration after the order is created.

When will the product be delivered?

Bank orders can be obtained instantly with your credit card orders and your order is immediately taken to the preparation stage. After your order is approved, it is prepared, invoice is issued and then delivered to the cargo company. How much is the shipping charge?

Shipping charges vary according to the country you place orders from abroad. Shipping cost will be calculated automatically after you select your country during the order. No cargo company close to my address, how do I receive my order?

What happens if the cargo can't find me at the delivery address?
